Our mission is to produce future-oriented knowledge, strengthen Morocco’s capacity to use it, and foster a culture of strategic foresight across institutions and society.We pursue this mission through six complementary areas of action:
Advanced Foresight Research
We conduct forward-looking research on the economic, social, technological, environmental and public-policy transformations that may shape Morocco’s future. Our work combines rigorous analysis with foresight methods to explore emerging change, uncertainty and alternative futures.
Strategic Insight & Recommendations
We translate foresight research into practical strategic insight for institutions and decision-makers. Our objective is to move beyond analysis alone by identifying implications, choices and possible courses of action for long-term planning.
Data, AI & Foresight Platforms
We develop digital approaches to foresight using data, artificial intelligence and advanced analytical tools. These capabilities support the monitoring of emerging signals, the analysis of trends and the exploration of future scenarios.
Innovation & Research Partnerships
We work with universities, research centres, public institutions, businesses and innovation ecosystems to combine expertise, develop new approaches and strengthen Morocco’s foresight capabilities.
Open Knowledge & Dissemination
We make foresight knowledge accessible through reports, research articles, digital platforms and educational resources. Sharing knowledge is central to building a wider culture of long-term thinking across institutions and society.
Dialogue, Learning & Capacity Building
We create spaces for dialogue, learning and exchange through forums, workshops and specialised programmes in strategic foresight, scenario analysis and anticipatory governance. These initiatives help institutions and emerging leaders develop the capabilities required to engage with uncertainty and long-term change.
